Provides a summary of daily transaction activity. Use this report to review the volume and value of charges, payments, and other transactions for a specific day or date range. Helpful for daily reconciliation and monitoring overall activity trends.
Provides a detailed breakdown of individual sales transactions for each day. Unlike the Daily Activity summary, this report shows each transaction with its details, making it useful for auditing specific charges or tracing individual orders.
A filterable list of orders across all accounts. Use this report to search for orders by date range, payment status, account, or description. Each order row includes:

Shows outstanding (unpaid) invoices organized by age. Invoices are grouped into aging buckets:
Use this report to identify overdue accounts, prioritize collection efforts, and monitor accounts receivable health. The total outstanding amount and distribution across aging buckets provides a snapshot of your receivables position.
Shows purchase volume for individual products/items. Use this report to identify best-selling items, track item performance over time, and make inventory or catalog decisions.
Aggregates purchase data by item category. Use this report to compare performance across product categories and identify trends in category-level purchasing behavior.
Ranks accounts by total purchase volume. Use this report to identify your highest-value customers, monitor key account activity, and support customer relationship management.
Ranks accounts by purchase volume within specific categories. Use this report to understand which customers are most active in each product category.
Shows tip amounts collected, organized by staff member and time period. Use this report for staff compensation, tracking tip trends, and managing tipped services.
Tracks deferred dues and their status. Use this report to monitor deferred revenue, verify deferral accounting entries, and manage accounts with deferred payment arrangements.
Summarizes transaction activity by GL account. Use this report to verify that charges, payments, and other transactions are categorized correctly across your chart of accounts. Helpful for reconciling ecommerce activity with your external accounting system.
Lists accounts with suspended or pending certifications. Use this report to identify accounts that may need follow-up regarding their certification status.
Manages the queue of invoices, receipts, and other documents waiting to be printed. Use this to process print jobs for accounts that receive paper communications.

Run the Daily Activity report to see a summary of the day's transactions, then drill into the Daily Sales Detail for individual transaction details. Compare totals against your payment processor records.
Run the Invoice Aging report to identify overdue accounts. Sort by the oldest aging bucket to prioritize outreach. Click account names to navigate to account details where you can review the account's full history and contact information.
Use the Item Purchase and Item Category Purchase reports to analyze product performance. Compare with Top Buyers to understand which customers drive the most revenue.
Use the General Ledger Account Summary to verify that transactions are categorized correctly before running a GL export. Cross-reference with the Dues Deferral report for deferred revenue tracking.
