Changing the Custom Message in the Email Sent
In order to change the message in the email sent to users who click the "Forgot Your Password" link:
- Login and click on ADMIN.
- Click on Manage Content, Copy
- Select the record named login Summary to change the message below the user's user name and password in the email. Open the record, make changes and click OK to save.
- Select the record named Notification to change the message above the user's user name and password in the email. Open the record, make changes and click OK to save.
Below is a sample of the email that is sent:
This email was sent in reply to a request at www.truckload.org for the username and password associated with this email address. If this request was made by you, please return to the login screen and enter your username and password as follows:
User Name: leslie
