Adding a New Member Record

From the Members page as described above, you can click on the Add button to add a new member record. The database can store and manage a great deal of information about each of your members.

When you go to the Add an entry to MEMBERS page you will see that you are operating in the Admin Site, with the three main admin navigation buttons at the top. Below this navigation bar there are three buttons: Cancel, Save and OK

Cancel – Takes you back to the list of member names

Save – Stores the information that you entered and leaves the member record window open

Below these buttons is a large area for Content Fields. Here you will enter the name and contact information for the member you are adding. Click on the box marked Active if you want this member information to be included with your active list. You can unclick the active box and this will remove all references to the member on the site and deactivate their username and password. You do this when you want to deactivate a member but not lose their information.
