Jesuit Commons Selects Contensive and BrandEvolve for their new Portal

We are pleased to announce that Jesuit Commons has selected Contensive and brandEvolve to help them build their new portal solution. Jesuit Commons has been organized to spur greater collaboration among developed and developing world institutions of the Jesuits in order to benefit poor communities.

The Commons will use Contensive technology to help it accomplish its mission. The website’s main objectives will be to provide information on the Jesuit Commons and its mission, to create a social network for the worldwide Jesuit community, to showcase public donation pages both for the Jesuit Commons itself and for specific grassroots projects of Jesuit organizations around the world that are serving the very poor, to help serve as a “clearinghouse” that will make site visitors aware of other relevant websites maintained by Jesuit institutions.  The portal will also facilitate idea and knowledge sharing (for example, by exchanging course materials or distance education projects).

The core applications of the site will include:

1. Content Management System (CMS)
2. Donor Management System (CRM)
3. Social Networking System

The site is scheduled for an initial launch in mid October.
